I'm a Senior AI Product Lead architecting AI-native intelligence systems with defensible competitive advantages. I build self-improving platforms through multi-agent orchestration, physics-based modeling (the Liminal Taxonomy), and semantic intelligence, turning market intelligence from data aggregation into systems that deliver strategic insight that compounds over time. My own AI tooling spans three open-source MCP servers (MongoDB analytics, knowledge management, and fully offline AI agents), alongside a private, air-gapped emissions-intelligence engine covering 12,000+ companies.
I was Data Product & Research Team Lead at the Net-Zero Data Public Utility (NZDPU), the global open climate data repository founded by Mark Carney, Emmanuel Macron, and Michael Bloomberg under GFANZ (the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero). There I authored a policy note for the G7 Climate Change Mitigation Working Group, presented to the Italian G7 presidency in Rome, and designed disclosure infrastructure for the Swiss government.
I led central bank engagements across five jurisdictions: the BIS Innovation Hub Hong Kong (Project Gaia feasibility analysis), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Project Greenprint integration), the Japan Exchange Group (roundtable series, published February 2025), the Swiss State Secretariat for International Finance, and the African Development Bank ESG Hub Working Group. My analytical work spanned data-quality assessment across 40,718 disclosure records covering 12,497 companies; Technical Advisory Board research on organizational boundary variation, methodology shifts, and GHG inventory exclusions that informed 16 recommendations to CDP; and independent research into multi-source cross-jurisdictional emissions analysis, emerging-market coverage, and cross-source outlier detection across multiple data providers and regulatory regimes. As sole author across every version milestone, I produced a comprehensive technical analysis of all publicly disclosed GHG Protocol Scope 3 emissions, covering the full set of 15 categories.
I'm a co-founder at Carbon13, the Cambridge-based venture builder for the climate emergency. I'm investigating enabling software and data infrastructure for deep decarbonisation pathways: technologies that can accelerate the deployment of small modular reactors and sustainable aviation fuels, orchestrate distributed clean energy at scale, and direct institutional capital toward first-of-a-kind clean energy assets. That research spans adversarial landscape mapping across the European SMR enabling-software stack, EU distributed energy resource orchestration, and probabilistic project-finance tooling designed to price the residual risk that government guarantee mechanisms do not fully cover.
Earlier in my career, I led ESG and climate product initiatives at Moody's Corporation, driving 85% year-over-year adoption growth. I was the product SME for Moody's $3B acquisition of Bureau van Dijk (Orbis, a 220M+ company database), helped integrate its ESG and climate risk stack including Vigeo Eiris, and was Product Lead at Four Twenty Seven, a pioneering physical-climate-risk analytics firm built on GIS and geospatial methods. Alongside that, I served as a board member and part of the secretariat at the Big Innovation Centre, a London innovation think tank, coordinating UK Parliament outputs for the All-Party Parliamentary Groups on Artificial Intelligence and on Blockchain.
I hold a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSc in Business Innovation from Birkbeck, University of London (Distinction, Best Overall Student), where my dissertation on the European Green Deal's impact on eco-innovation was submitted to Climate Policy journal for peer review. I studied Sustainable Energy Systems while pursuing a PhD at Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, and hold a Climate Finance Certificate from ETH Zürich.
Outside of work, I design and build AI agents and automation systems for the love of the craft. Beyond the open-source MCP servers above, I've built multi-agent pipelines with evaluation harnesses and recursive improvement frameworks; they reflect a consistent approach to agent design: structured specification, modular orchestration, and measurement-driven iteration. I also run a structured research programme tracking more than fifty emerging technologies across the energy transition, distributed ledger technology, and AI foundations.
